The Services do not collect Personally Identifiable Information ("PII") from individuals who merely browse publicly available content.

To access operational services such as user registration, flight planning, ATS and MET briefings, submission of flight plans, and obtaining permissions or approvals for flight operations, users are required to register and provide information that may include:

• Job title or designation;
• Pilot licence details and other aviation credentials;
• Email address and contact information;
• User identification information;
• Documents and information required for aviation operational purposes;
• Flight planning and operational data submitted by the user.

2. Purpose of Processing

Information collected through the Services is processed solely for legitimate governmental and aviation operational purposes, including:

• User authentication and account administration;
• Provision of flight planning, briefing, and operational services;
• Access to aeronautical information, NOTAMs, weather briefings, and related services;
• Processing and coordination of operational approvals and permissions;
• Maintaining system security and preventing unauthorized access;
• Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, aviation requirements, and governmental directives;
• Record keeping, audit, and operational support activities.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

Information may be shared with:

• Airports Authority of India departments and authorized personnel;

• Air Navigation Service Providers and other authorized aviation entities;

AAI does not sell personal information and does not use personal information for advertising or commercial marketing purposes.

4. Analytics, Advertising and Tracking

The Services are intended solely for aviation operational purposes and do not use personal information for targeted advertising.

The Services do not sell user data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Where analytics, diagnostic, or monitoring tools are used to maintain the security, reliability, or performance of the Services, such information is processed solely for operational and security purposes.

5. Security

AAI implements appropriate technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and AAI cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted through the internet or mobile networks.

• Provide the Services;
• Fulfil aviation operational requirements;
• Comply with legal, regulatory, and governmental obligations;
